Customer Service Reminder Scheme

We offer a Reminder service for both MOT and Services, we can contact you by text, email and telephone. This service is available to all customers and with the removal of the tax disc can be a very useful service. Just let us know at reception if you wish to be added to this scheme. It’s completely free!!

Trust My Garage Scheme

As members of the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) we have recently undergone an Audit and are proud to announce that Atlantic Performance Centre are now members of the Trust My Garage Scheme. This is a customer reassurance scheme financially backed by the Independent Garage Association (IGA). Their members are a collection of Britain's best local independent garages who are dedicated to giving the highest standards of skill and personal service to their customers.

The Trust My Garage Customer Charter demonstrates the level of commitment it's garages follow to make your service or repair experience of the highest quality.

The Trust My Garage Scheme is to:

  • Cover your service or repair with the Trust My Garage customer guarantee
  • Provide you with a fixed quote or an estimate both inclusive of parts, labour and VAT
  • Only charge you for work completed and parts supplied and fitted
  • Allow you to follow your vehicle's service schedule
  • Work to high standards and continue to achieve the key industry standards set by the RMI's IGA
  • Explain things clearly and treat you and your vehicle with respect
  • Use up to date technical information, techniques and tooling
  • Comply with the IGA's 'Code of Practice for Service and Repair'

Customer Loyalty Scheme

Atlantic is offering a Customer Loyalty Scheme that will benefit all of our existing customers and can be taken advantage of by new customers by offering a £35.00 hourly rate on vehicles which are serviced by ourselves on an annual schedule. Anyone can take advantage so just call and book your vehicle in for a service, and when it is completed you will receive a £35.00 discounted rate for the following 12 months - it's that simple !!!

New Diagnostic Software

Keeping up with technology is our aim as anyone who has visited us will know. New features of our software include the re-programming and supplying of keys - also the replacement and recoding of body-control ECU's on many selected vehicles, removing the necessity to visit the Dealers for these services. This also includes many diagnostic features on the following vehicles: Kia, Daewoo, Subaru, Hyundai, Toyota, Lexus, Diahatsu, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Proton, Mazda, Suzuki, Isuzu, Tata and SSangyong. We also can now do diagnostics and repairs on Jeep and Crysler vehicles.

We have also recently purchased new Dealer-level Diagnostic Equipment for VW, Seat, Audi & Skoda.

MOT Changes -Everyone who uses a vehicle on the road must keep it in a roadworthy condition. The MOT test checks that vehicles meet road safety and environmental standards. On 1 January 2012, new rules were added to the current MOT by the Department for Transport (DfT) to comply with European testing procedures.

DPF News

Modern diesels are now fitted with a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) in the exhaust pipe.These vehicles are required to be driven at certain speeds for a length of time to allow the engine management system to regenerate the DPF in the exhaust.If these criteria's are not met this system can become blocked and a costly replacement maybe required. Any management issues may also stop the DPF from being regenerated. Atlantic recommends these systems should be tested to reduce the possibility of costly repairs. Air Conditioning

Our Workshop now benefits from a state of the art Air Conditioning, Leak Detection & Re-Gassing Unit. If you believe your air con is under-performing, please call Atlantic for a quote to service this system.

Motorhome / Caravan Habitation Checks

Atlantic repair many types, makes & models of vehicle - but now offer 'Habitation Checks' when you bring your Motorhome or Caravan in for any repairs or servicing, just as the Dealerships do. This means that customers receive a detailed report which confirms whether or not their vehicle is fit for use, not only on the exterior but the interior too.

Sponsorship / Donations

Each year Atlantic selects a worthy cause to either sponsor or make a donation to. Previously, Atlantic sponsored 3 local Winsford lads who raised money for St Luke's Hospice by driving '3000 miles in a £300 car'. Atlantic also donates money annually to the Winsford & District Historical Society. This is a Society which was formed to collect, collate & preserve historical information about Winsford and the surrounding areas.
